1. Check whether the oil pressure and air pressure are normal.

2. Check whether the winder is in a horizontal position. If not, adjust the height of the anchor screw in time.

3. Check whether the movement of the reel jaws is flexible.

2. Precautions for operation status

1. When the winder is in operation, it is strictly forbidden to stand within 1 meter around it.

2. When a fault occurs during use, first turn off the power supply, and do not disassemble and assemble by yourself.

3. The operator must concentrate in the process of use and cannot leave the post without authorization.

When the winder is in use, it is necessary to observe abnormal conditions, find problems, stop using it immediately, keep the machine clean during use, and add lubricating oil regularly.
